Application Procedure for Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme:
Before applying for Ph.D. admission to their preferred universities, qualified applicants must first submit an Initial Application online via the Hong Kong Ph.D. Fellowship Scheme Electronic System (HKPFSES) to acquire an HKPFS Reference Number by December 1st, 2025, at 12:00:00 Hong Kong Time.
