Eligibility for Scholarship:
- A foreign student outside of China is qualified to apply for this scholarship, or graduates of Chinese universities are eligible.
- Outstanding research performance.
- Applicants should have good science research expertise.
- Master’s degree candidates must be under 35 years of age, and graduate students must be under 40.

Step 1 The Chinese Scholarship Council(CSC) application form must be filled out at https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/ select the Agency number is 10247 and Select the Category Type B.
Step 2: Also Submit to the University of Tongji Web portal http://study-info.tongji.edu.cn/
Step 3: Pay the Application Fee of 600 RMB
Step 4: Before the deadline, send hard copies (two sets) to the university address.
