Eligibility for Scholarship:
- Candidates must have a strong academic background.
- Candidates must have a master’s degree from an international university outside of the Netherlands.
- Candidates must have a cumulative GPA of at least 80%.
- Scholarship awardees are chosen based on their academic achievements.

- Certificate of English language competence test (TOEFL, IELTS, Cambridge Assessment).

Application Procedure TU Delft Excellence Scholarship:
- Applicants must apply once annually.
- Incomplete applications, as well as those received by mail or email, will not be considered.
- All applicants must pay a €100 application fee.
- A fresh application must be submitted if an applicant was admitted the previous year and desires to apply again.
- In the case of EU/EFTA nationals, a language competency certificate must be uploaded before July 1st. The remaining documents can be uploaded by April 1st.
- All relevant documentation must be uploaded to osiaan.tudelft.nl in the event of non-EU/EFTA nationals.
- Give us all of your personal information, including your name, address, nationality, and so on.
- If the candidate is a citizen of the United Kingdom, the United States, New Zealand, Australia, Canada, or Ireland, or if he or she holds a degree from one of the aforementioned institutions, the candidate is excused from the English language test.
