- The Scholarship is available to all Brunei and non-Brunei nationalities.
- For the Master’s Degree Program, an Undergraduate is Required.
- The age limit for the Master’s Program is not More than 35 years.
- For the PhD Programs, the applicants must hold a Master’s Degree.
- Good quality and impactful plan for research.
- Physically and Mentally Fit Students are preferred.
